Our mission is to play friendly, competitive, organized Scrabble® games and have fun! 

Upcoming meetings times and places:  
  - Normally: Every Monday at Pat's Games. - Once in a while, Jason's Deli on Anderson instead; we'll try to update this here, and Director Jim has a group text set up for the purpose of notifying the club.
  - Updates: On this Facebook private group, - also Jim Hughes maintains a cell phone list to notify us if the meeting is changed.

Meetings: Mondays.  Pairings made at 7:00PM.  Club usually goes 7:00PM-10PM.

What: We play 3 rounds of one-on-one scrabble.

Word list: We'll be using NWL2023, the North American tournament and club list recognized by NASPA. 

Where: Usually Pat's Games, 2308 Hancock Dr, Austin, TX 78756 but sometimes Jason's Deli, 2438 W. Anderson Lane St. D5, Austin, TX 78757. J

Pat's Games parking is limited, but there are spots ...
      across the street at the day care center,
      next door at the Christi Center,
      On the surrounding side streets.

New words!!  NWL 2023! - from OSPD 7 Effective for tournaments from February 29th, 2023.  The full lists are for NASPA members but they can be shared individually, and some "cheat sheets" are available during club play. If you have a long memory, some of these are returning rather than new.
